I used parkme.com to pay for parking and thought I was all set. The app still showed my time as active, so I figured there was nothing to worry about. Then I came back to my car and found a ticket sitting on the windshield, which made absolutely no sense.
This is where it got annoying: I tried to get help and just got passed back and forth. Enforcement told me to contact ParkMe, and ParkMe told me to contact enforcement. Nobody really took responsibility, so I ended up stuck dealing with the ticket myself even though I had already paid

I canceled my parking spot and did end up getting the refund, so that part was fine. It just took a few days longer than I expected, and support wasn’t super quick to respond. My gut feeling is that they’re legit, but the process could be a bit smoother.

The booking itself went through without any trouble, and the confirmation showed up quickly. But the receipt was kind of annoying to read. I had to go over it twice to figure out what the charges were, which is just one of those little service things I’m tired of dealing with. Nothing major, but it could definitely be clearer.

"Getting in and out was such a pain"
Getting in wasn’t smooth at all, and leaving took way longer than it should have. On top of that, the reminders felt really aggressive, like they kept pushing even after I already knew what I needed to do. Just made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

The app is easy to use, and overall it works fine. I do wish the map loaded faster, because it can be a bit annoying, but I can live with it.

"A surprisingly spotless parking victory"
I used ParkMe to find a garage near my appointment, i was bracing myself for the usual parking garage chaos. But somehow, against all odds, it actually worked out really well.
The place was shockingly clean, which felt like a small miracle. The floors looked swept, there wasn’t that weird garage smell, and even the elevators were tidy enough that I noticed.
Parking was easy, getting out was painless, and I didn’t feel sketchy for one second. That alone deserves 5 stars in my book

I assumed the directions would be spot on, and they mostly were. It got me there without much hassle, but one turn was a little off, so I had to figure that part out.

Booking my parking was quick and painless. I found a spot, paid, and was done in just a few minutes without having to click around forever. Just a heads up though, make sure you double-check the location, time, and details before you confirm so you don’t run into any surprises later.

I used ParkMe to check a garage before I headed out, and it was actually more accurate than I expected. The price and available spots were mostly right, though the spot count was a little off by the time I arrived. Still, it helped me avoid wasting time driving around...

I really appreciated that the parking price was shown before I booked. No guessing, no surprise fees popping up at checkout... just straightforward. that made the whole thing feel a lot less annoying.

"Easy to book, but the lot could’ve felt safer"
I’ve used ParkMe a couple of times now, mostly when I’m heading downtown to meet friends or go to an event. The booking part has always been simple, which I appreciate. The last lot I picked was fine overall, and nothing happened to my car, but it didn’t feel as secure as I would’ve liked. The lighting was a little weak, and I didn’t notice many cameras around. I’d use it again if the location was convenient, but I’d probably look a little closer at the lot details next time.

I booked a spot ahead of time, but when I got there, it wasn’t actually available. I’m not sure if this happens often or if I just got unlucky, but it definitely made the reservation feel unreliable

The attendant did help me out eventually, but they seemed kind of annoyed the whole time and like they were trying to rush me along. I had to double-check my receipt and email afterward just to make sure everything was handled correctly. Not a terrible experience, but not great either.

I’ll admit I didn’t totally trust it at first, especially since customer service with apps like this usually isn’t much help if something goes wrong. But the spots it showed were actually open when I got there, which was a nice surprise.

I used parkme.com for a parking reservation and ended up needing help, so I reached out to support. To be fair, they did get back to me and the issue was fixed, but it definitely took longer than it should have.
It wasn’t a horrible experience, but I do think they need to be more accountable with response times. When someone is dealing with parking, especially close to the time they need it, a slow reply can really add stress. The answer was clear once they finally responded, but faster support would make a big difference.
